If the Heroes episode didn't excite me enough (damn toe regrew!), I gotta say, the news I just heard about one of my most favorite bands might. hehehe

 

So I hear Meg & Dia are comin' to Porter's Pub second quarter. *______* This better be true, and boy, I'm hecka not scheduling classes Thursday nights for this. 

And thank goodness no one from SD knows about this blog, since I want to keep this on the dl so I can get closer to Meg & Dia for pictures and autographs :0. Hooray! So Warped Tour was not my last of them :D:D

I used to always give shit to my friends for not spending time with me or studying because they were so consumed by Halo.

Then last night, Sylvia and I shuttle our way over to Warren at 11:30 and end up playing Halo until 4 in the morning. No, we didn't realize it was 4 in the morning, but Wow! at how the time seriously flies by. It was our first times, and I think we're already addicted. u_u So bad. Anywho, thank goodness we don't have any consoles in our apt or I don't know how I'd survive academically. :]

So, I'm old.

I knew there was going to be a surprise party for me because I walked in on them setting up. Yes, I'm good like that.

but anywho, it was just sad because I feel horribly ill and couldn't enjoy it to the full extent. We did get in trouble from the RSO's though, so at least it was a hit. ;D

Man, I hate losing my ID card.

I know it is either in Jimmy's place, or some jerk picked it up and tried to use my TritonPlus with it. Well, no. I don't have Triton Plus. Got you there. I seriously like to believe that no one is going to tamper with my meal points. srsly. That would be uncool. Plus the last couple of times I've swiped at OVT they checked my picture, so I'm gonna believe them swipers are doing their jobs. :[

I'm in a horribly sour mood about many things, but this ID card fiasco really set it off. :[[[[[[[[[[

 

Oh great. Now my mom is calling. Probably going to nag me about my card even though I can't do shit about it right now anyway. I really want to break something, but I can't or else my aptmates are going to think I'm nuts. fuck

Yes, SD is a hell hole and burning up and I'm worried that UCSD might get evacuated. What should I pack if it happens? geez. I'm hoping not because La Jolla is like the safest part of SD county as of now. :B

 

 

Anywho, since I'm basically under house arrest for health purposes, I've been watching a lot of tv and obviously not studying for my ochem midterm on Wednesday. Perhaps air quality is so bad that Wednesday classes will get canceled too. :]

During my television watching, one of the commercials came up for the FLY pentop computer, and man, I want one. :[ I remember learning about this in Cognitive Science and thought it was the coolest thing, and now it's finally out. :[ It's like a tablet PC, without the tablet. So cool. If anyone wants to plan ahead for Christmas, I do believe this would be an awesome gift. :]

 

Oh yeah, I don't think the professors realize how difficult it is to study for midterms when the whole fire situation is like, threatening their lives. All midterms should be postponeddddddd. 

So what happens when 1 million people are gone in evacuation centers and off the roads?

Answer: The freeway traffic clears up.

 

 

So, whoever said that it took at least 5 hours to get anywhere due to freeway closures and traffic because of the crazyass wildfires [even though 3 of them are arson--them jerks!!!] near San Diego is a liarrrrrrr!

The car I was in was able to drive for 90 mph straight to LA without any traffic. sillysilly. We did slow down, a bit I guess, to rubberneck and the fires on the right. :/ Kinda scary. I've never seen a fire so big before, and it was right there. Nowhere near my school though, but since school is cancelled for the rest of the week and that my apt was hecka out of toilet paper, I felt it best that I go home. :]

 

Just saying though, traffic on the 5 is beautiful. :]
